– For all orders, we can only accept Bank wire transfer, bank checks and cash for all in office meetings. Private appointments are available upon request at our Madrid office with a minimum of 24 hours notice. All watches are kept off site at a secure private location.
– I do not accept escrow accounts. I have been trading collectible, high value watches and parts for 10 years and my priority is valuing my customers’ satisfaction, I am myself a collector and therefore a buyer before I am a seller.
-Should you wish to reserve a watch, yet not be able to pay it in full yet, you may send a 10% non refundable deposit. Should you not be able to complete your purchase within 30 days, or cancel for any reasons, this deposit will not be refunded.SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
Should you not be satisfied or find the goods received from us not to be in the condition described by us, you may return the goods, within 3 days. This 3 day period is calculated from date of your receipt of the goods (in the case of orders involving repeat shipments of similar goods the date of your receipt of the first part shipment).You are responsible for the safe return of the goods, in the same condition it was delivered to you (pictures attesting of such). Your prompt request via email or fax for the return of the goods to us constitutes compliance with the foregoing deadline. A full refund (less shipping and insurance costs, 70 Euros plus 2% of the value of the goods) will be issued within 24 hours after reception and inspection of the goods returned. I am very flexible in using the shipping service of your choice. However, I have been using FedEx and UPS over the last 10 years with complete satisfaction. Fast, secure, professional with regular almost hourly online tracking updates, which allows us to know where your package is at every moment.
However, if you have any specific preference, we will accomodate your choice.For small items, such as small parts (buckles, bracelets, etc, we usually ship Registered Certified mail, third party insured.To my French clients, sorry but I no longer ship using Chronopost International due to 2 very poor experiences, my only 2 package thefts in 10 years of international shipping, and a complete lack of professional follow up on their part.
Personal opinions aside, I also of course welcome meetings in persons, at which point you can pick up the watch yourself.
